I miss that pre-game music. To me ABC college football was IT. This was a great game. I lived on the same floor with Bob Guiney the year before in Akers Hall. I ran into him at the 7-11 downtown East Lansing after the game. I can remember MSU being 14 point dogs but I knew we had a really good team based on how we should've beaten Notre Dame earlier in the year. And that weekend had the best autumnal weather I have EVER experienced but too bad I was back home in Detroit having to attend classes on both Friday and Saturday for getting pinched on a DUI the year before. It was either this weekend or Thanksgiving weekend and I chose this weekend. I still regret it.

This score is now well known in Michigan. Just for different reasons.

Sparty, I have no skin in this game. I am sure the breaks evened out over the years or maybe that day. That was about as bad a missed call as you will ever see.
